Hi, i'm having problems with my only a month old TS3350 scanner/printer. It all worked fine until yesterday, when i try to turn it on the on/off green LED and the orange LED next to the lightningbolt symbol are flashing intermittently. On the display the code P09 is displayed. It's the only thing the printer seems to do. Is it something i can reset or does it need repair? Thanks~

Printer Doesn't Recognize Refillable Ink Cartridges
Hello All. My Canon TS9120 isn't recognizing my refilled ink cartridges. This particular printer is about 1 year old. I've tried resetting the printer by removing the cartridges, then unplugging the printer, then powering back up and reinstalling the cartridges. This didn't work.
Then I tried holding down the "Stop" button for 5-6 seconds. The printer still gives the error message that ink is too low to print, however, it will print the page, but with very poor print quality.
The print cartridges are genuine Canon and I refilled them at Costco, so I have no reason to believe that the cartridges are not full of ink, nor are they knock-off brand cartridges.
Please advise to what steps I need to run through to get my printer working again.

Canon MX922 Error Code B200
Called Canon. Turned out the surge protector had taken a hit from a storm and wasn't passing through enough current. Connected the printer directly to the outlet at the suggestion of Canon and it has worked great. No more error code.

Getting status of ERROR. No code either. Have even reinstalled. Nothing works. I do have internet connection. HELP

the cl and bk and triangle lights on canon mg3520 keep blinking
I've changed ink on the printer and the cl, bk and triangle on printer keep blinking. I added this printer to my laptop and it has completed messed up my copying and scanning projects. How to stop the lights and start printing. Thanks, Ivonne

Pixma MG5770 Printer Ink in the USA
Hello all,
New here. I purchased a Pixma MG5770 in Singapore. I have moved back to the USA and I am trying to see if there is a cross-reference to the ink cartridge numbers so that I can purchase ink in the USA. I have an immediate issue as I need a PGI-770 PGBK but cannot find an accurate cross-reference to buy the cartridge here. I cannot even find any information on the Canon-USA site.

TR8500 says "the printer is in use"
Hi there, out of nowhere my printer stopped printing. i was trying to print something from my ipad which typically always works. it didn't print, and now i am also not able to print from the computer or the ipad. When i open the printer settings on my computer and try to print something, it says "the printer is in use" but as far a i can tell it is not in use. Is there a way to reset this or something? Thanks!

I have an MG3520 printer and it has just begun to print super slowly in which certain parts of the prints are placed onto of the other. Almost as if the printout looks like they are stuttering. Also, the ink cartridges are new.

Scanning mutiple pages into one combined file with win 10 and a MX492 PIXMA
When I scan using auto feeder simplex it saves pages as seperate images even though it scans all placed in tray. How can I scan mutiple pages into one combined file with win 10 and a MX492 PIXMA.
Also should be able to do this on the tray by placing page then after it scans should ask would you like to scan another page. It will only scan one page on tray then saves image. I've always done both of these operations on older printers and could always save to on file no matter how many pages scanned?

MG5765 fails to copy
My MG5765 is about 4 years old and has just recently decided not to photocopy any documents. Normal print and scan functions are OK and there are no error messages being shown. Have tried Reset but no improvement. I'm about to throw it away - are there any solutions?

Problems printing labels on Canon 1620
We are using Avery labels and no matter what option we choose to print the label paper, we are unable to get the printer to recognize it. It spits out the label and gives a warning about mismatch paper size. The only time we were able to even see 'label' as an option was under A4 - Labels and it would still give the error. We also manually entered the size of the label paper (4 x 6) to which it made no difference. Pretty disappointed we dished out nearly $500 on this printer and it's already giving us this issue. Our old HP printer auto recognized the label and printed correctly. Even manually entering the details does not work on this Canon.

Uniflow -Scanned objects caught in whaling filter
I am looking for a way to setup the uniflow scanning to use internal SMTP, instead of going external.
All my Senior Leadership emails are listed in email impersonation controls and when they ->scan-> send to myself, it is being denied delivery.
I tried putting in the ip address the emails are coming from, but it is not static, and the domain name is a major service provider, and would negate my impersonation controls.
Surely other large org's using Uniflow are having the same issue.

splitting images in canon ts8320 scanner
I just installed my new Canon Pixma TS8320 and it's working fine. Except the I want to scan several photographs at one time and have them automatically split into inidividual photos, rather than what I'm getting, which is one global scan of all the photos. My old Canon multifunction device split photos into separate images automatically, and I cannot find how to make this new one do the same. Any help?

MX922 error code 5101
We changed out the formatter circuit board on our MX922 machine but when we turned it back on, we are getting a 5101 support code - which says to remove a piece of packing - but that packing was removed when we got the machine new. Is is possible that something moved inside the machine when we stood it on end to replace the circuit board. If so, what could we do/

Pixma TS9120 Do you need Photo Blue ink if not printing Photos?
I have a Pixma TS9120 and the multi-pak ink cartidges sold do not include all the colors except the Photo Blue cartridge which needs to be purchased separately. My question is, do you need the Photo Blue Cartridge if you not printing photos, (which I never use the printer for)? Or do you need it anyway to keep the print heads working properly, etc?
